I think bwfm on USB/PCIe only need the binary firmware while on SDIO
in addition it always needs the NVRAM configuration file.

Oops, turns out I forgot that it's not yet added to any kenrel
configuration file.  You'll need to compile a kernel with "bwfm* at
sdmmc?" - I use an RPI kernel with that one addition.
