Hi Jason --

To get the stuff on one of those daughter boards working, you need to 
either load a dtb overlay or modify the dtb you are using today (otherwise 
the kernel doesn't know that the hardware exists!).

Also it looks like our RK3328 clock driver doesn't support the 
clocks required for the second GMAC controller, so that will need to 
be patched as well.
