Ah.

With this symlink in /libdata/firmware it works:

lrwxr-xr-x   1 root  wheel       44 Dec  6 13:25 brcmfmac43455-sdio.Raspberry Pi 4 Model B.txt -> brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.txt

How can I choose switch to non-UEFI?

And how can I get rid of these warnings?
    WARNING: clock lost 47 days
    WARNING: using filesystem time
    WARNING: CHECK AND RESET THE DATE!

Thank you for all the help so far!
 Thomas
