The non-working devices might be due to the 5V0 power regulator not
getting enabled. PD6 GPIO should be asserted on this board.
As a hack you can take rk3399-rock-pi-4c.dtb and drop it as
dtb/rockchip/rk3399-rockpro64.dtb on the EFI partition.
Then the regulator might come online.
