Is anyone using HDMI to an external display from an Allwinner A64 system?

The display on my Pinebook is cracked so I'm trying to use the mini HDMI
connector on it with an external monitor, but not getting any output.

I have added stuff to the device tree for the Pinebook to enable the
HDMI controller and connector, copied from the other A64 systems.
