I did just follow the instructions here:

Use this image:
http://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-9.3/evbarm-earmv7hf/binary/gzimg/armv7.img.gz

and this u-boot:
http://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/earmv7hf/9.0_2022Q3/All/u-boot-a20-olinuxino-lime2-2018.11nb1.tgz
