EDK2 for the Quartz64 can provide a DTB as well as the ACPI tables but
it is just a dummy device tree, it only contains a few entries.

I am trying to get a feel for whether it is worth using EDK2 at all on a
platform like this.

The Linux DRM driver for the GPU expects to use the device tree to set
it up.

If there was ACPI functionality provided in EDK2 to control the GPU then
I suppose someone could modify the GPU driver to use it but it would be
a lot of work.
