Don't think so. I think a commercial RiscOS program (DaVinci?) is able to
view VRML files without any problems.

Under RiscOS or RiscBSD..? In any case, no. There is a freeware
implementation called MesaGL (openGL you need to pay for) but that tends
to run *far* too slowly to be of any use because of the lack of floating
point (though I haven't tried this on an FPA-equipped system. Rob?)
