well, 
I inserted just 0K video DRAM and it work...with 60 hz by the way..
But after solving one prob I just bumped into the next :

Why is the login so bizarr ???

And why do I get eh0-timeouts although I copied the new kernel into
/netbsd and did a kvm_mkdb /netbsd ????

already confused again,
