Hiya,

I have been trying to setup the beta-1.1 (release) stuff off the 
ftp site, but keep coming up against a brick wall almost.  I did set 
up the alpha version on my own machine a long time ago but this
is on a RO3.6 710 RPC.

I have been trying to follow the instructions but it seems almost 
like a lot is missing.  For example, the required  sets seem to 
change through the install instructions (for example text isnt 
mentioned to begin with but it is later on).  Is there anywhere i can 
get a definitive list of all the set i require for a basic set up.

Also, i have managed to struggle through and get a single user set up 
working, but falls over when i 'exit' to multi-user mode (cannot find 
the ttyv0-5 devices).  Tried the upgrade MAKEDEV in the upgrades dir 
on the ftp site (which i dont know if i cam supposed to do) and that 
hasnt improved the situation.

Can anyone give me any hints or point me in the right direction and 
ill go try it, but i can seem to find the answers i need from the FAQ 
or the installation texts.

I also noticed the beta1.1-current dir on the ftp site seems to have 
gone, so i take it i use the beta1.1-release (they seem to point to 
the same place anyhow).  If/when will the beta1.2 set be avaiilable?

So many questions, yet so little time for people to try and help ;o)
