I know. But not only installing should be able to do with, the complete =
configuration wich ATMO is done by inst, rcm and many file editing should=
be =
able to do with it.
This will cause a Install package like this to write:
xnet network configuration
xuser user maintainance
xsmail mailsystem configuration
xx X11 configuration
=2E..
All of them should be executed by one main application called
xinst.
Any better ideas ?
I suggest to use SUIT. It is easy to lern, use and you may interactive de=
sign =
your GUI and it looks very similar to Motif.
If anyone want to write some of them and need SUIT, then mail me and I wi=
ll =
make it available to him. But I'm not shure whether I may put it on the f=
tp =
site or not, because they have a strange licencing process. You may use i=
t as =
long as you don't sell your binaries and you may not redistribute it. But=
it =
seems to be out of development now.
I will try to make the xnet, but don't hold your breath, I have lots of o=
ther =
things to do.
For more infos about suit try finger suit@uvacs.cs.virginia.edu .

For this case the current inst can be used because it is too much work to=
=
invent the GUI for consoles new.
