When compiling samba, with optimisation turned on, I get the following error:
Using CFLAGS = -O -DSMBLOGFILE="/usr/local/samba/var/log.smb" \
-DNMBLOGFILE="/usr/local/samba/var/log.nmb" \
-DCONFIGFILE="/usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf" \
-DLMHOSTSFILE="/usr/local/samba/lib/lmhosts" \
-DLOCKDIR="/usr/local/samba/var/locks" \
-DSMBRUN="/usr/local/samba/bin/smbrun" -DWORKGROUP="CS" \
-DGUEST_ACCOUNT="nobody" -DNETBSD -DSHADOW_PWD
Using LIBS = -lcrypt
Compiling status.c
status.c: In function `main':
status.c:321: internal error--unrecognizable insn:
(insn 1077 1073 701 (set (reg:SI 0 r0)
(smax:SI (reg:SI 0 r0)
(const_int 0))) -1 (nil)
(nil))
gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 6
*** Error code 1
I hope that someone can make use of this.
The program compiles fine without any optimisation.
Cheers,
mark
