I'm just waiting for Mark's comments before incorporating your suggestions
(most of which I agree with).

I'm not sure that posting it to c.s.a.a is a good idea seeing as it's 45K
in size. If Mark approves we could do a cut-down version (general info
only), post that, and include a pointer to the full version.
