After installing sets with new manuals, e.g. lynx, I cannot access
the new man pages.

After typing 'man lynx' man started to format the new manual page but
this process is being interuppted because /usr/bin/nroff cannot be
found. There is no nroff command in the whole directory tree.

What is wrong?
