is it possible to create a file with 
keytranslations english<->languag2, which
could be used by RiscBSD as a general translation
table for keypresses ? So everyone would be able
to change it for his personel keyboard layout.

Good idea ? Bad idea ?

By the way, it's not possible in vi to scroll text 
with my current keyboard.
I use the Kernel SA1104958.
Any ideas ?
