If anyone needs a quick(ish) response then if you cc me when you email Mark I
should be able to respond slightly quicker. Of course there are quite a few
bits of the kernel I know nothing about so if, for example, you want an
in-depth explanation of how pmap works you will have to wait for Mark ;-)
