This is where NetBSD probes the SCSI bus to detect the devices on it. I
have found with my Acorn SCSI card that commands sent to devices may be
lost when running NetBSD with an unterminated SCSI bus even if everything
works fine in RISC OS.
It seems that NetBSD is more sensitive to badly configured hardware.
