Hi,

 IIRC someone mentioning compiling this, and having to removing `debugging
switches/information' from the Makefiles. Could this person please tell me
what these switches were, as GIMP is taking over 100mb of HD space from only
a 2mb archive at the moment! (I haven't managed to build it in the available
space.)
