I was wondering what the status of version 1.3 is currently.  I have 1.2 Beta, 
and it works ok for what I need, but I keep reading about 1.3 and wondered if it 
is worth upgrading.

Is 1.3 still alpha/beta ?  Where can I download it from, and what is the upgrade 
procedure?
