Hi.  I've had a problem reported to me that I've managed to fix for
Linux/ARM but any fix to this will impact you guys too.

in apache-1.3.0/src/include/conf.h, there is a section:

#if defined(CRAY) || defined(__arm)
#ifdef __STDC__
#define XtOffset(p_type,field) _Offsetof(p_type,field)

This causes it to not work with Linux.  Removing the __arm makes it work
again.  The question is: does it work for you with it?  Or without it?
If it isn't you, I guess this is a RISCiX thing...  Either way, the test
needs to be changed, I just want to know what to change it _to_.
