port-arm32: Networks and ethernet

Hi again,
	I seem to recall that Mike Pumford produced a kernel with
a working ethernet driver that used ne0. But the latest kernels
seem to have reverted to eh0 which seems to be a bit iffy on my
RiscPC (i-cubed etherlan 600). Can someone clarify the situation so
hopefully I can get properly working configuration.
