I had to add arm32 support to the emacs config file, so this doesn't
come as a big surprise to me.   You might be able to get away with
just an additional case statement, but then again, you might not.
The chances of it getting fixed are highest if you just dive right in
and do it rather than sending a PR, although you might want to do that
too.
