When you upgrade, make sure that whoever you order from *knows* 
(preferably in writing) that you want either Rev S or Rev T silicon (since 
you intend to run NetBSD).  I can't speak for German consumer law, but in 
the UK, if you ensure that this is known at the time of ordering, you 
would be entitled to a full refund if they then failed to satisfy your 
order.
