Hi folks,

since I've implemented pmap_compact(), my machine is much more stable..
i.e. it doesn't crash that easy anymore. I can now run lots huge programs
together next to a big compiling job like compiling ghostscript, and it
doesn't crash! It even seems to run smoother, but that is highly
subjective :-)

haven't heard for anybody else trying my patch I mailed last week, but let
me know if it gives problems...
