port-arm32: err(1,NULL)

Every program that has err(1,NULL) generates a warning when being compiled
with 1.4. Not so on say i386/1.4X, yet the -W flags all seem the same.
Any thoughts, or should I just CPPFLAGS+=-Wno-error ?
