Hi,

I'm attempting to build a local 1.5_ALPHA snapshot for arm32, and I
noticed that some of the earlier NetBSD releases have a file called
`riscpc-loader.arc' in the arm32/installation/misc subdirectory.

Can this file be generated from the NetBSD source tree? Or is it something
which can only be built on a RiscPC?
