Uhm... maybe it is in /usr/include (which is not relevant for kernel
builds), but not in /usr/src/sys ?

In this case, you have upgraded your kernel sources. Your old .depend
files still contain the vm/vm* references, thats why you get the error.

in your kernel build directory:

rm .depend */*/.depend && make depend && make
