Hi,

I got the i82559 up and running.  It turned out that there were two
problems:

  - the serial EEPROM still blank;
  - power-up software had remapped the window from PCI to SDRAM (the
  - SDRAM base address register @0x18h wasn't zero).

Thanks for providing the Footbridge CSR register dump; I don't think
that I would have found the second problem without it.
