If you are supping 'release' then you have a netbsd-1-4 release
tree and should be at 1.4.4_ALPHA or similar.

What problem - I've used NetBSD/arm32 1.5 to compile many packages
(including several versions of mozilla) without seeing any issues
which 1.4 would not also have.

Mixing package binaries from 1.4 and 1.5 is not recommended.
Pick one (I recommend 1.5 :)
