From my experience, it took about four weeks to get their response
for my first inquiry. Then I sent next email immediately to ask
order details, but I had to wait one more month.

But after I sent the order via airmail, I received the motherboard
in only 7 days. (Yes, it was sent from U.K. to Japan.)

I guess info@simtec is checked monthly..
