Well, I managed to get this puppy compiled using the sources from 
comp.sources.unix/volume4.

Now the first modification I had to make was to add the -lcompat library 
because the termio.c wanted _getty, _stty, and make was bailing out.  Now 
that I have it compiled, I can't seem to use the arrow keys and the 
bindings I have from MicroEMACS 3.11/atari do not seem to have any effect.

Any suggestions?
