Assuming that you are logged in on /dev/ttye0, writing to that port shouldn't
be a problem. Did you try '~!ls -l /dev/ttye0'? It should look something
like: "crw------- leo tty .....". An '~!echo bla > /dev/ttye0' should also
be possible.
