Yes, it will run on this TT without problems.

What applications are you missing? There are a whole lot of binaries that
are available. Check out the Amiga regensburg site mentioned in the FAQ,
they really have a nice compilation. Note that the NetBSD-m68k platforms
are binary compatible apart from some programs that are *very* kernel/hardware
specific (like top, Xservers ed.).
