Dear NetBSD,

When I run "top" I get the error message:

[/]# top
kvm_open: proc size mismatch (12132 total, 666 chunks)
top: Out of memory.
[/]#

And when I run "ps" I get:

[/]# ps
ps: proc size mismatch (11458 total, 666 chunks).
ps: statfs on /proc failed: No such file or directory
ps: fallback /proc-based lookup also failed.  Giving up...
[/]#

I am running the V1.4C kernel and I manually installed all of the binary
sets in single user mode instead of doing the normal install or upgrade. Do
you have a clue as to what I failed to do?
