Ah...  OK...  So the PHYS_TO_PCI_MEM(x) is a translation that
allows a PCI bus master to access system memory?

That is, if I am a PCI bus master, and I want to access system
memory address 0x00001234, then I want to use 0x80001234, so I
would use PHYS_TO_PCI_MEM(0x00001234).  Correct?
