Anyway, I am curious, what tools would you guys suggest to do development on
this project under 98 for NetBSD/Dreamcast?

And yes I do unix and windows dev, so this isn't just a newbie question, I
just don't want to waste hours and hours finding tools that generate almost
code that works for this system.
