So I managed to get a cross compile environment that could build an
ELF kernel.  I have tested it with the ip slave loader from Marcus' web
site. (http://mc.pp.se/dc/)

I just used "cat netbsd | socket dreamcast 4711", but there is a handy
program called "dcsend" available on http://www.julesdcdev.com/" that
makes it simpler. 

Well, my kernel boots and is waiting for me, but I don't have my PS/2
keyboard adapter yet, so I can't do anything.
