The PS2 devkits are a standard Intel PC running redhat, with a PS2 board in
too (and a communication line between the ps2 and linux).  Sadly the PS2
isn't doing anything special.  If Sony did supply you with linux source, all
you'd get would be a standard x86 redhat tree.

When you use these machines for dev, you work on a totally separate PC, and
then use a tool which zaps the binaries and data over the network to the PS2
(you can't work directly on the devkit's pc)
