umm... I'm using one with NetBSD and everything works out great... I didn't
buy my dreamcast to play games(yeah, I'm a nerd) but a good friend who lives
next door her in the wonderful dorms has a vga adaptor and he plays *tons*
of games... however I have heard of what your talking about... I suppose
some games might want the "offcial" sega vga adaptor....
