I have not seen any posts where a dream cast flat out has not been=20
able to boot. I personally can get it to load the Kernel off of a=20
prefab cd image, and DHCP seems to be working except for the fact=20
it takes a nose dive(reboots) while trying to mount an NFS file system.
This might be because I am using an older kernel image.
The best method(s) for booting a DC to my knowlege are:
o One of the Pre-fab CD's which various entitys have kindly
placed on the web to download.
o BBA, via Pushing a kernel up to the DC.=20
o Using a Kernel CD in conjunction with DHCP and a NFS root.
As far as I know it cannot be boot via the modem alone. =20
