I'm reading http://mc.pp.se/dc/ip.bin.html and I don't understand what
"scrambling" actually does, or rather what scatter-loading it means.  I
can only guess so far that time 1ST_READ.BIN is split into tiny parts, and
that control flow - when at the end of one part - has to jump to the start
of the next one, and "scrambling" puts the executable into these parts and
adds the jump calls?
