port-dreamcast: Question

Question I had in regards to booting NetBSD on a dreamcast, if I boot
the dreamcast from one CD and then I wanna use another CD as the root
(just for show and tell) does that CD have to be burned in the same
manner as the boot CD or can it be a standard iso9660 CD?
