I noticed Marcus fixed the PAL display mode of the pvr driver.  However,
I'm stuck with NTSC, and the video parameters are clearly wrong (the
screen flickers a bit, and the image spills off the edge of the screen).

Anyone have any hints as to what to tweak to make NTSC display look
okay?

I'm interested in porting QT/Embedded to NetBSD, specifically for
running a web browser on my Dreamcast (Konqueror/Embedded), and
I'd like it to look okay ;-)

(FYI -- I wrote a mouse driver while waiting for a build to finish,
which I'll commit later today.)
