Hi All

Another question about the boradband adapter.

Does the boradband adapter work with a PAL dreamcast or only a ntsc unit

I have both, and just curious.

Also must I have a keyboard and mouse, or could I just use a serial 
cable and use a terminal to run the machine and install the software.

As you can know, I very new to the dreamcast scene.
