The SH-4 is basically the follow-on to the SH-3. It is significantly
faster (you might notice that the Dreamcast is actually quite zippy for
a 200MHz CPU with 16M of RAM), has a different cache architecture, and
various differences in the MMU, different pipeline, etc.
