Huh? I thought you built the toolchain with something
like ./build.sh -m dreamcast -T /tooldir tools. In the
build.sh script, you can see that dreamcast resolves
to sh3el. 

Maybe you're asking something I'm not understanding?
sh3el is the architecture we're using...
