SuperH ports switched to gcc 4.5

I have switched sh3 ports to gcc 4.5.

I tested on landisk, including doing build.sh on landisk running
crosscompiled gcc 4.5 world.  Only took

real    6116m3.184s
user    4453m17.316s
sys     1416m39.998s

on my diskless usl-5p :)
