i'd suggest commenting out MAPPED_COPY; i've not been able to get this
to work on any system i've tried.

also, you should disable KGDB, as this does not even make it past the
kernel make depend, as it still thinks include files are in their 4.4
locations, as opposed to NetBSD locations.
