FYI...

I've added support for reading the miniroot image from HP-IB cartridge
tape to SYS_INST.  It's _slow_, but it appears to be working properly.

So, it didn't make 1.2, but it'll be in the next one ... :-)

I'll probably check it in tonight, update my sources, and then make
a binary snapshot of post-1.2 -current, including a script for building
a boot/miniroot tape.

Hopefully, this will help out the folks who are unable to install
via the network...

(In case any of you are wondering why this and tape booting happened all
of the sudden, I was searching for something in a closet, and found a
tape that still had the HP/3M formatting intact :-)
