Try this.  It has worked for me.  Assuming that your first SCSI Disk is
working with a label on it.  
dd if=/dev/rsd0c of=/dev/rsd1c count=3

Now you can `disklabel -e -r /dev/rsd1c`
Just suck in the label that you want from a file once you get into the
editor.
